Harold Maksoudian
CPA, MTMA, FTIA, DIRECTOR, MEMBER OF CERTIFIED PRACTICING ACCOUNTANTS OF AUSTRALIA
Harold brings a distinctive blend of small business acumen and complex tax law application to the SME table.
Harlod has a unique professional background beginning in the corporate sector of commercial development and contracting to public practice. Harold has honed his ability to negotiate tax debts with the ATO on behalf of clients.
Also with a focus in accessing various research and development grant applications, Harold has created significant wealth and hence added value to many private sector companies involved in innovation.
Finally, Harold and the team at Summit are driven by the commitment of client excellence and by specializing in private client wealth creation, Harold has been able to significantly not only add wealth to many high net worth individuals but also enhance & diversify their asset protection strategies and assist in their long term risk management as a result.
Peter Perivolaris
CPA, DIRECTOR
In a career spanning over 40 years to date, Peter has split his professional life between the corporate world (20 years) and public practice (20 years including several years as a sole practitioner).
Experience gained in commercial roles included business development manager and general manager of business units, financial controller roles and chief financial officer of an unlisted public company with assets of $100m.
In conjunction with having owned or part-owned a number of businesses, this commercial experience brings an understanding and insight of how businesses function, survive and succeed in a competitive marketplace. These have led to the provision of business coaching, data analytics, mentoring, consulting and virtual CFO services to a range of Summit’s clients.
Other roles included a brief stint as a non-executive director with Macquarie Community College in 2014-15 and within CPA Australia, Peter was a member of the SME Committee for ten years including three years as chairman.
Artin Etmekdjian
B.COMM (UNSW), CA, SENIOR ACCOUNTANT, MEMBER OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS OF AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND
Artin not only has over 30 years in public practice, he is a former Councillor and Mayor of Ryde City Council.
Artin has developed an extensive knowledge bank which allows him to advise across a diverse spectrum of issues ranging from business setup to business restructuring in-order to ensure that the ultimate benefit to the client is delivered in the areas of tax minimization, asset protection and wealth creation.
