At Summit, we use DA to improve sales and productivity. We collect and analyze data on customer activity, expenses, and business potential to find quick wins and create a strategic growth plan. We focus on three areas: getting and keeping clients, making better use of resources, and managing business opportunities. We set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each area to assess their impact on profitability.
For client acquisition and retention, we evaluate the effectiveness of sales channels and how well we turn leads into customers. We also categorize customers into segments to apply successful strategies to all.
In terms of productivity, we look at how we deliver services and products to find ways to work more efficiently, including using technology. We optimize employee skills and create collaborative teams for long-term growth. Our approach involves continuous review and adjustment of the established KPIs.
